Please call for availability.<\/p>\n<p>(Rates subject to Change)<\/p>\n<p>Cabin Rental Policies &amp; Deposits<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-In Time is 3:00 PM and Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM. Any Early Arrivals are subject to availability &amp; additional fee.<\/li>\n<li>Cabin Rental rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 18. (2 person maximum for Cottage 3)<\/li>\n<li>Extra Adult \u2013 $10.00, Extra Child \u2013 $5.00 per day<\/li>\n<li>(2 to 4 nights) require advance deposit of 1\/2 the total amount due. 30 day Cancellation Notice required for refund less 1-night cancellation fee + any processing fees. \u2013 Less than 30 day notice, deposit is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>(5+ nights \/ Week Reservations) require advance deposit of 1\/2 the total amount due. 60 day Cancellation Notice required for refund less 1-night cancellation fee + any processing fees. \u2013 Less than 60 day notice, deposit is non-refundable<\/li>\n<li>(Holiday Weekends) require advance payment in full. 60 day Cancellation Notice required for refund less 1-night cancellation fee + any processing fees. \u2013 Less than 60 day notice, deposit is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>NO SHOW on weekends will incur a 2 night fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment Information<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash, Check, Credit Card &#8211; ATM available onsite<\/li>\n<li>Discounted rates require cash or check payment (no credit cards)<\/li>\n<li>$20 Fee for Returned Checks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Camping is Fun Rain or Shine<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sorry, but No Refunds will be issued for inclement weather or early departures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pets in Rustic Cabins<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$10.00 fee per night for each pet.<\/li>\n<li>We restrict certain breeds of dogs, please see our <a href=\"https:\/\/twinrivernh.com\/index.php\/pet-policy\/\">Pet Policy,<\/a> or ask when making your reservation.<\/li>\n<li>Leashes are required.<\/li>\n<li>Owners are responsible for any messes or damages.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in rentals unless in a kennel.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum of 2 Dogs per rental.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rustic Cabin Amenities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All Rustic Cabins have air conditioning, mini refrigerator Wi-Fi Access near store.<\/li>\n<li>Rustic Cabins have a picnic table, fire ring and charcoal grill outside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additional Information<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visitor Fee is $5.00 per day, Holiday Visitor Fee is $6.00 per day<\/li>\n<li>Quiet Time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and is strictly enforced.<\/li>\n<li>Pool Area \u2013 Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Active Military, AAA, and Family Motor Coach Discounts Accepted. \u2013 some restrictions<\/li>\n<li>NO DISCOUNTS on any Holiday Week \/ Weekends.<\/li>\n<li>A credit card is required to hold all reservations.
