- 2 rooms – Private room w/ queen bed, Bunk room has 2 sets of 2 bunk beds

- Available Riverside and Hillside.
Reservations for less than 3 nights will be subject to a $3 Service Booking Fee.
2 night minimum required for any advanced reservations. For 1 night stays you may call the day of for availability. Certain dates, sites and rentals have other minimum stay requirements. Please call for availability.

Cabin Rental Policies & Deposits
- Check-In Time is 3:00 PM and Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM. Any Early Arrivals are subject to availability & additional fee.
- Cabin Rental rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 18. (2 person maximum for Cottage 3)
- Extra Adult – $10.00, Extra Child – $5.00 per day
- (2 to 4 nights) require advance deposit of 1/2 the total amount due. 30 day Cancellation Notice required for refund less 1-night cancellation fee + any processing fees. – Less than 30 day notice, deposit is non-refundable.
- (5+ nights / Week Reservations) require advance deposit of 1/2 the total amount due. 60 day Cancellation Notice required for refund less 1-night cancellation fee + any processing fees. – Less than 60 day notice, deposit is non-refundable
- (Holiday Weekends) require advance payment in full. 60 day Cancellation Notice required for refund less 1-night cancellation fee + any processing fees. – Less than 60 day notice, deposit is non-refundable.
- NO SHOW on weekends will incur a 2 night fee.

- Sorry, but No Refunds will be issued for inclement weather or early departures.
Pets in Rustic Cabins
- $10.00 fee per night or $30.00 per week for each pet.
- We restrict certain breeds of dogs, please see our Pet Policy, or ask when making your reservation.
- Leashes are required.
- Owners are responsible for any messes or damages.
- Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in rentals unless in a kennel.
- Maximum of 2 Dogs per rental.
Rustic Cabin Amenities
- All Rustic Cabins have air conditioning, mini refrigerator Wi-Fi Access near store.
- Rustic Cabins have a picnic table, fire ring and charcoal grill outside.
Additional Information
- Visitor Fee is $5.00 per day, Holiday Visitor Fee is $6.00 per day
- Quiet Time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and is strictly enforced.
- Pool Area – Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Active Military, AAA, and Family Motor Coach Discounts Accepted. – some restrictions
- NO DISCOUNTS on any Holiday Week / Weekends.
- A credit card is required to hold all reservations. Any discounted rates require cash or check payment. There is an ATM Available on premises for your convenience.
