Cottage Rental Policies & Deposits

• Check-In Time is 3:00 PM and Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM. Any Early Arrivals are subject to availability & additional fee.
• Cottage Rental rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 18. (2 person maximum for Cottage 3)
• Extra Adult – $10.00, Extra Child – $5.00 per day
• (2 to 4 nights) require advance deposit of 1/2 the total amount due. 30 day Cancellation Notice required for refund less 1-night cancellation fee + any processing fees. – Less than 30 day notice, deposit is non-refundable.
• (5+ nights / Week Reservations) require advance deposit of 1/2 the total amount due. 60 day Cancellation Notice required for refund less 1-night cancellation fee + any processing fees. – Less than 60 day notice, deposit is non-refundable
• (Holiday Weekends) require advance payment in full. 60 day Cancellation Notice required for refund less 1-night cancellation fee + any processing fees. – Less than 60 day notice, deposit is non-refundable.
• NO SHOW on weekends will incur a 2 night fee.

• Cash, Check, Credit Card – ATM available onsite
• Discounted rates require cash or check payment (no credit cards)
• $20 Fee for Returned Checks

Camping is Fun Rain or Shine

• Sorry, but No Refunds will be issued for inclement weather or early departures.

Pets in Cottages

• $20.00 fee per night or $30.00 per week, for each pet. We restrict certain breeds of dogs, please see our Pet Policy, or ask when making your reservation.
• No Pets Allowed in Cottage 5.
• Leashes are required.
• Owners are responsible for any messes or damages.
• Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in rentals unless in a kennel.
• Maximum of 2 Dogs per rental.

We all love our pets and want them on vacation with us so let’s not ruin the opportunity we have to bring them with us.

Cottage Amenities

• All Cottages have air conditioning, Cable TV, Wi-Fi access near store, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, silverware, dishes, basic pots & pans and a small refrigerator.
• No linens or towels provided. Please bring your own pillows, blankets, sheets (queen) and towels for the cottages. There is a shower curtain, bath rugs and kitchen towels in the cottage.
• No daily housekeeping provided.
• Only Duraflame Logs are allowed in the cottage’s indoor fireplaces.
• All Cottages have a picnic table, fire ring and charcoal grill outside them.
• Campground Store has both Duraflame Logs and regular firewood available for sale.

Additional Information

• Visitor Fee is $5.00 per day, Holiday Visitor Fee is $6.00 per day
• Quiet Time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and is strictly enforced.
• Pool Area – Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Active Military, AAA, and Family Motor Coach Discounts Accepted. – some restrictions
• NO DISCOUNTS on any Holiday Week / Weekends.
• A credit card is required to hold all reservations. Any discounted rates require cash or check payment. There is an ATM Available on premises for your convenience.
